Orders will be prepared and delivered after the store closes. If your order contains 'pre-order' items, allow 2 extra weeks for material production. After shipping notice is sent, give it 2-4 weeks for delivery within Europe and 3-6 for worldwide deliveries.

All our deliveries during COVID season are registered so you will be provided a tracking link/number so you can check where your package is at every moment. We really recommed filling the phone info!


We understand our store's name might be troublesome, but fear not! The packages are sent using a real human name and address, and the payment will figure as "PAYPAL KITTYMAD P*CRAZY" in your bank account :)


Yes! We use PayPal to process payments sent through card. You are not required to join PayPal to do this, and PayPal will not keep any sensible data. It’s an intermediary between you and us :3
You should use the “PayPal an Credit Card” option in the checkout and the click “Proceed to Paypal” You’ll be forwarded to a new page.


Returns/exchanges are not allowed unless the product delivered is wrong or damaged. In this case, we will resend the item at no additional cost.
